In this page, you will find the Guidelines and Code of Conduct for all of Vince Tan Titanium Mastermind access.

Code of Conduct for Main Telegram group - Vince Tan Titanium Mastermind

This is our main Mastermind group – where we will discuss strategy from business to marketing to operation and more. We want to keep the quality of the discussion and content as high as possible. You are definitely more than welcome to share your strategy and experiment that you have conducted as well – and preferably to always have the full content in the group itself instead of sending people out to another link.

We HIGHLY encourage you to SHARE your findings and insights into the group – remember the more you share, the more visible you will be, and directly and indirectly it will bring you more good including attention from Vince himself. No strategy is too small to share.

In this group, we are going to discuss things like:

  • Business strategies
  • Marketing
  • Mindset blocks
  • Results and Insights
  • Observation and Learnings
  • Sharing of your business progress and what you learned

  4. Selfish, self-centered, members who have too much self-entitlement will be kicked out of this mastermind. We want supportive Masterminders who are supportive of everything you do as well!

  1. EVERYTHING SHARED HERE IS PRIVATE AND CONFIDENTIAL. If any information gets leaked out or break any community rules, we will reserve the right to remove you and ban you from this community and any other workshop online and offline in my entire circle of network speakers and trainers worldwide.
  2. All content posted & members’ information is strictly PRIVATE AND CONFIDENTIAL in the group. If you would like to network and collaborate with other Titanium Masterminders, please make sure that you reach out and communicate with respect. If you’re going to refer a fellow Masterminder to someone else, make sure that you have already asked for permission to share their contact details.
  3. Do not advertise/promote your own business in this group. We have a separate group for this very purpose. In this group, you can also request reviews for your copywriting or invite other Masterminders to your events.   4. All opinions will be treated with mutual respect unless they violate the aforementioned rules. Treat your fellow Masterminders with that same respect.
  5. Any posts or comments that are deemed to be immoral or illegal are not allowed and shall be removed.
  6. Admin reserved the right to delete posts and comments, block and remove members that don’t comply with the group rules.

Code of Conduct for for Secondary Telegram group - Vince Titanium Collaboration

The reason we created this group is to create a safe environment for our Masterminders to get more support for your business without spamming our main Telegram group.

In this group, you can share things like:

  • Self-promotion for business or events
  • Looking for suggestion/feedback to check out your ideas/website/products
  • Sharing of interesting link but may not be a business/marketing/operation strategy related
  • Sharing of interesting information but not business/marketing/operation related
  • Looking for networking buddy

If you are unsure whether what you’re about to share is appropriate for this group, you can private message @titaniumcoach to confirm first.

  • All members’ information is strictly PRIVATE AND CONFIDENTIAL in the group. ▶︎▷▶︎ PRIVATE COMMUNICATION ◀︎◁◀︎

  1. Please do not use the “Add your name to the list” method for your invitations as it will flood the chat and make it hard for other masterminders to find useful information here. We suggest using a sign-up method like a simple Google form or private message to take the conversation outside. We will delete the list of invitations if we find it distracting to our chat.
  2. If you were to create a separate Telegram or Whatsapp group outside of our official groups, please take note that Vince Tan and World Masterclass are not liable for any conversations that take place there. We trust that group owners will uphold the integrity to only give value to other masterminders and not solicit financial gains. 
  3. Same for private networking meet-ups, while we will not be held responsible for any gathering, we expect the organizer to uphold high integrity and focus on giving value to one another, and that it’s not about making money from the group. We expect you to do things in and with good faith.
  4. If we detect any initiative is purely to scrape our community database – basically taking advantage of Vince’s hard work for your own – we will ban and remove that person from the community with immediate effect – including across all Vince’s network worldwide as well. In short – do things with right intention.
  5. If any initiatives done here makes anyone other masterminder feel uncomfortable, we will have to pull back some of these privileges. 
  6. If you attend any of these gathering / initiatives and you realise that the execution is not align with our community spirit and guidelines (seems like organizer have some ulterior motives, not so good intention, someone not conducting themselves properly, etc) , please inform us. While we are not responsible for it – we still need your help to be eyes and ears for us so that we can do our best to keep this community in its most optimum experience as much as possible.

That said, if any of you feel uncomfortable with the topics discussed or the intentions of other masterminders, feel free to reach out to @titanumcoach immediately. DO NOT worry – we will keep your reporting confidential as Vince will know how to handle it.

Guideline for Private Group with Vince and Coach

Vince typically responds within 1-2 days, but if he has events over the weekend, it may take a longer time. If you have any urgent problem, I’ll do my best to escalate it as soon as I can.

ASK SMART QUESTIONS because the quality of the answer you will get depends on the quality of your questions 🙂

Keep in mind a few things before you ask the questions as we encourage you to ask smart questions.

  • Do not ask questions that you can find answers to via Google within 5 minutes (so at least do a quick search) as we also wish to respect Vince’s time
  • Make sure you have already done your homework and you are asking more of Vince’s advice/experience.
  • Do not ask questions that are broad ( e.g. how do I sell product ABC)
  • Give your own answer to your questions so that when Vince answers you, you can compare the difference and learn from it too 

Bad questions examples:

  • Vince, I have free time, what should I do?
  • Vince, my business is not growing what should I do?
  • Vince, how do I do Facebook marketing?
  • Vince, is my logo nice?

Smart questions examples:

  • Vince, I have 3 hours a day to spare, and I am looking to either do e-commerce biz part-time or build a video blog as I looking to make some part-time income. Why I chose 2 possible ideas is because (YOUR REASONS or RESEARCH or INFO). What do you think?
  • Vince, my business is facing a decline over the last 12 months by 50%. I believe most likely it’s due to human resource issues, as people are leaving quite frequently and as of now, I have tried to ask people around why they leave or are unhappy but I get different answers such as _, _ or _. I am thinking of hiring a good HR manager or else I was thinking to give shares to my staff, what do you think?
  • Vince, I am selling product XYZ to London, and my target group is women from ages 25 – 45, working and active. Should I focus on Facebook marketing or should I also do Instagram and other advertising platforms? I am thinking I should focus on Instagram because (your reasons / research / info).

Do not feel the rush or pressured that you need to ask Vince questions immediately. We are just setting this up for your convenience when you need to communicate with Vince. 🙂
